The online registration system will be active from Monday 5th May 2025. Before proceeding with registration, please read the information below carefully. Please note that any payment changes or credit card cancellation requests may require extended processing time. Payments made in error related to the additional Baquet will not be refunded. The conference will be held in-person only: there is no virtual mode of participation.

At least one author of an accepted paper is required to pay the registration fee for inclusion in the Technical Program. The conference registration fee must be paid for each paper. If you have more than one paper, you need to select the additional paper fee of 250 euros per paper. If your final manuscript exceeds 12 pages in single-column format, an additional page charge of 50 euros per extra page will apply.

No refunds will be given for cancellation requests received after June 2, 2025.
Refund requests received by June 2, 2025 will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
Any approved refunds will be issued after the conclusion of the conference.

No refunds will be possible for no-shows.
